The UPS Store

Will claimes to be the owner of this UPS stores and I emailed several times requesting tracking number and he refuses to return emails. Calling him he puts you on hold then makes excuses. My package held up due to a missing box that would contained my Lladro. They were charging me $57+ to ship from NY to Philly. 4 days later and still not shipped with nothing from UPS store. Avoid at all costs. Still no package..................

Caveat emptor! My experience with this store is beyond poor--poor packing, poor communication, poor pricing and extremely poor customer service. This store is a rip-off and egregiously gouges consumers on packing, freight and insurance. I would advise anyone that considers using this MBE franchisee to go to another vendor and do their due diligence to find another shipper. I would suggest ubid.com for large items and FedEx for small. Please take my suggestion and NOT work with this business!
