John, the owner, came right out and identified our mice concern. He came back to check on things and noticed another area that needed attention. He sealed that area up too, He was timely, very professional and courteous. We had had mice for over the past 20 years from year to year.We no longer have that problem anymore. He also took care of our ant and bee problem. We had one that was trapped in,and we called John and he came right out that day and caught him.
