Community Title

This is the second time I've used Community Title and I cannot express how over-the-top helpful they have been. The first sale had a buyer that was so trying that I finally gave up on him, but Lizete at Community Title went through extreme measures to explain things to him, and she put up with all his shenanigans with patience and good humor. Then she handled the second buyer with ease. Now I'm selling a second property, and she is every bit as helpful, pleasant, and efficient as ever. Equally important, they don't rip you off! Their charges are the best around.
