Express Pack N Ship

I wish i could give no stars but i am required to give at least one. I to was rushed and brushed off. Brought in a vintage item to have it packed by professionals big mistake even though i stressed the how delicate item was and gave specific instructions the woman rushed me away. Item got to my buyer destroyed. Irreplaceable item and very obvious it was due to bad packing they blew me off and paid me 25$ over what fed ex gave them to give to me didn't cover value by 1/5 then made me sign a waver not to take further action with fed ex to cover there butt. Crooked and unprofessional. I would recommend them to NO ONE

I too liked the locality. However, they treated me as inconvenience and said they were doing me a courtesy by allowing me to drop off pre-labled items, forgetting about my prior purchases. They are rude, and need some a customer service class. That store should be busy, yet its usually empty. They act as if they are doing me a favor. In fact, I have never seen such horrible customer service.

I use the services that are available at Express Pack and Ship, because it is local, but also because I feel safe with anything I ship, that it will always be shipped as promised. They make sure that you have the tracking information, and understand the how to's of tracking. when you walk in it looks effecient, and everthing needed to ship something is there at at a fair price. You can just walk in the door with unboxed items. The Staff is always polite, and they say Thank You when you have spent your money with them, a very unlikely occuance today with almost all businesses now. Even when it seems BUSY, they get you in, and out quick. So if you live in Newark Ohio, or are passing thru on business, this is a good place to do your shipping.
