Riverside Motorcars Inc

Hi all, We went to iverside Motorcars on 8/23/12 at 2 pm. We inquired about a Jeep there. After we get there, the guy named Greg sent us to their other shop to look at the jeep. We told them that we wanted the jeep and were going to ride to the bank and get the cash to buy it. We were told that it needed a tune up and to come back tomorrow. We were called back the next day and were told it was a motor mount that needed to be replaced and they were going to get it in on 8/25/12.I called on 8/25/12 at 10am and were told they were waiting for the motor mount. I called back at 2pm and we were told that the mount just came in. We were told that they were going to call us as soon as it was ready and we could come pick it up. I called them back at 4pm to ask if the jeep was ready. We were told it was sold. I asked him about all the communication we had going and the reply was " I don't know what to tell you, we sold it." I explained to the man that we were the ones that were going to buy it and I am the one that has been on the phone with you numerous times. I was told that the Jeep would be ready for us to pick up today. He brought his mechanic in especially for us is what he said. What is going on here? We were told it would be ready and to expect a call soon. Two hours later I called them back and they sold the jeep to someone else. I would not recommend doing business with a place like this. They flat out lied to us and acted like there was nothing wrong with it. I am sad it is Saturday and the Better Business Bureau is closed. They will hear from me on Monday.
