Whomever answered phone was very short with me, would not even allow me to describe the item I was looking for. Just cut me off in mid sentence,very unprofessional.

I gave it 1 star because I can't give it -10! We bought a tv with an extended warranty from this radio shack store and the warranty was about up on it, then it quit. Took it to the store, they said they would ship it off to have it fixed... Here it is almost 2 weeks since then, still have no tv and we called to see if it was fixed yet, THEY JUST SENT IT OUT YESTERDAY! Why? Because they didn't have a box for it... And keep in mind, there's a UPS store in the SAME plaza as radio shack. It would take 5 minutes to walk to the UPS store and get a box. Very unhappy with this radio shack and we will NEVER buy from them again. Very poor management. Also the manager tried to tell us we just dropped the tv off this past Saturday, when it was really the weekend before. Very crappy store.
