Donnie is awesome! We needed help trimming large trees off of a two story house a couple of weekends ago. We had a Monday deadline to get the work done. We foolishly thought we could tackle on our own... but realized last minute it would be impossible for us to do. I found Donnie online and gave him a call. He listened to our predicament and said he would be by in 30 min to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. He showed up right on time, as he said he would, and gave us a very fair price. He came back with a giant truck with a boom and went to work. He went above and beyond... added in some extras for no additional cost... all of this on his weekend. Thank you, Donnie!!! We really appreciate your help, kindness and professionalism.

Hurricane Irma left a broken limb on my Laurel oak tree dangling dangerously over the power line to my house. Donnie Owens responded immediately to my call and expertly took down the broken limb as well trimming other suspect limbs. He did more than I asked for and at a reasonable price. I would call him again.

We recently bought a house on a bit of land and we overwhelmed with the amount of tree trimming, tree removal, and bush/vine removal around the house. The quote was quick and honest, no over-inflated kinda quote based on the look of the house and the kind of car parked in the driveway like some other services. You could not hope for a better group of people. He and his crew were very focused and hard working. Donnie did a great job; his experience with his trade was obvious, as was his leadership in keeping his crew doing all the right things, at all the right times. They did two days worth of work in one and made it look easy at the same time. They cleaned up everything as best they could as they worked and doubled back to made sure everything was as clean as they could get it. If you want your tree service to have pretty vinyl wrapped trucks and nice shiny tools then, by all means, go that route and pay for that. If you want a hard working, dirty, sweaty, tree service, so you don't have to or can't do, then you should call these guys.

Called Owens tree service for tree and stump removal. Arrived the same day gave quote and removed tree and stumps next day. Service was excellent, cleanup perfect. Donnie great to deal with and will use him for all our trim service needs.

Great service. Took down large tree in a tight place in my back yard. Goal was to remove without breaking anything in the process. Worked out well. Donnie is a long term local resident not a large corporate service. Good to keep business in community as well.

An unmistakable "crack!" in the middle of the night told me that a tree had come down on our property. Turns out a 60 ft. palm fell right on the garage roof. I called Donnie early on a Sunday morning and he arrived very quickly. He took down the tree, cleared all the mess away, and helped to identify other potential problems in the yard. His rates were very reasonable--similar to other recent tree work we'd had done--and he and his team were courteous, efficient, and clearly expert at their jobs. I recommend him without reservation.

On June 13, 2011, we hired Donnie Owens Tree Service to trim 5 trees, remove thick foliage and overgrown large plants from the front and back of our home. I explained to Donnie what I needed done, and he provided some additional recommendations based on his years of experience in the business. As for price, Donnie’s estimate for the job was very fair and completely honest. After 7 hours of very hard work and enduring temperatures greater than 95F, our landscaping and trees look fantastic! Not once did Donnie ever complain about the heat…his upbeat personality was always consistent. After observing Donnie at work, I can honestly say that if you need a landscaping job done right…call him! My expectations were exceeded without a doubt. He is a hard working professional who takes great pride in everything that he does and goes above the call of duty. I won’t cover all the little details, but one example that stands out is that Donnie took the initiative to use his weed eater to clear the entire sidewalk around our home, FREE of charge. Paying attention to the details is Donnie’s forte. I can’t forget to mention his horticultural knowledge; the bottom line…if it grows outside, Donnie knows the details about every tree and every plant! Their company has the right equipment for any job; in fact, I was amazed at the variety of equipment he used…from stump grinders to a very large cherry picker truck….no job too big or too small for Donnie Owens Tree Service; tremendous work ethic! I’d hire Donnie again and absolutely recommend his services to all. This guy is the real deal!
