We are devoted to performing quality residential cleaning services coupled with excellent customer service. Because we clean over 600 homes per month, we have the procedures and quality controls in place to insure your satisfaction, but are still flexible enough to meet your specialized needs. Our entire local house cleaning services staff has background checks performed, are professionally trained, and are covered by the required workers' compensation insurance. Plus, we are fully bonded, insured, and we cover all payroll taxes.

        Worst cleaning job I have ever received the price was outrageous as well! Called the owner and he has a major attitude problem, when you come home from work and you pay $175.00 to have your home cleaned and it is not done to your expatiation you would think the owner of the company would try to make it right. We will have Merry Maids come back! At least I know my home will be cleaned. Funny all the so called GOOD reviews are posted by his (The Owner's) employees, Web Designer and such! Get real honest reviews from real customers! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN... NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

        Not sure how to respond to this review. We looked over several hundred one-time cleans that we did in November, December and January and did not see any that were for $175 or any that the customer was upset about the clean. We do over 650 cleans every month and always respond to our customers. We will do whatever we can to make our customers happy. I agree that many times reviews are not real and the reviewed company cannot control the good or bad reviews. I assure you that The Cleaning Pros does not make up reviews. You may want to go on Angie's list and check out The Cleaning Pros. Angie’s list screens all of the people that write reviews on their site to make sure they are real customers that have used the service that they are reviewing. The Cleaning Pros has over 25 excellent reviews on their site and is an A rated company. In fact we received their Super Service award again this year for outstanding service. If someone is having an issue with the company, please call and discuss. We have grown to be the largest independent company in the area by giving excellent customer service and we would like to talk to anyone who has an issue with us.

        Glad I found The Cleaning Pros...

        Glad I found The Cleaning Pros. They do a great job on my home. They are here every two weeks - like clock work. They get in and do their job. No drama, no coffee breaks and I appreciate that. I don't want to waste my time wondering if the cleaners are coming and after they are here have them complaing about something. Kept seeing there car down my street. Thought I would give them a try and i,m glad I did.

        Great Cleaning Company

        I have used many cleaning companies over the past 15 years. I currently am using The Cleaning Pros for weekly cleaning of my home in Tarpon Springs. They are very professional in their dealings with my family. They come every Wednesday morning like clockwork. I work out of my home and like that they have two girls clean so they are in and out quickly and quietly. I had a minor problem when we started. They sent out a supervisor the same day and resolved the problem. Since then they have been problem free. I plan on using them to help me get ready for a party next month.

        Great Job!!

        I called The Cleaning Pros at the last minute for a party that I was having (my house was a mess). The office was very helpful and a team arrived the next day as promised! They did an outstanding job and I think they deserve 5 stars. I will be having them out again to start regular weekly service and try their sanitizing service. It is a great company to work with.
