I almost went with another (cheaper) company, but when they arrived to do the job I was quickly uneasy about the kind of work they would do. We sent them packing. It wasn't worth the risk on such a big purchase for our home. I spoke with Corey that afternoon, and had his team come out to do the job. And man my house was a job an a half. I had my airconditioning installed by One Hour Air Conditioning. They did a very quick but good job with it. I am so happy with how they did my airconditioning. They really know how important it is for me.

When I needed my air conditioning fixed, their technician was exactly on time, very courteous and knowledgeable as well. The problem was corrected immediately and my unit was back running again right away. 3 other companies checked out our AC system because it wasn't cooling our house properly. Each company just collected a fee for looking at our system and said there was nothing they could do for us. We reluctantly called one more company (One Hour Air in Tarpon Springs) and they came right out. With our past experience we really didn't expect much, but these guys were extremely thorough and determined that we had improperly sized ducts to provide the adequate amount of air flow to get one side of our house cooled. Again...based on past experience...we were not sure if this would truly solve our problem. Then they told us about their 100% satisfaction guarantee...if they didn't fix our problem...we didn't have to pay! The result was amazing! My husband had to sleep under a blanket for the first time in 5 years because these guys actually fixed our issue! I can't thank you enough for the professionalism and excellent service! We recommend using One Hour Air to everyone we know!!

Recently our air conditioner went out completely. I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Kim sent a technician out to help us right away. I was impressed with the way the technician respected my home by wearing booties on his shoes to protect my floor and took care to clean up everything afterwards. We needed a new system. Kim took the time to explain to us the different options for a new system. We chose the one that would give us the greatest protection for allergies for our kids. She also did an analysis of our house to size the unit correctly. We couldn't be happier. Everyone who came to our home was very professional and efficient. We would recommend them to all of our family and friends. It is nice to have a cool house again.

When you come home and find it is cooler outside than inside - you need to call One Hour Air. Prompt, courteous, professional is the best way to describe this family owned and operated business. Kim took extra time explaining all the options on how best to solve the issues with my AC unit.
