I can not say enough about Jay and his work ethic. On time, and takes time to explain anything you ask. His report is easy to read, thorough, and back the same day of inspection. Furthermore, when it came time to do a reinspect, for items that needed to be fixed he made time to get there even though it was not in his schedule to do so. In addition to all of this, he is also willing to stop and tell you a great joke. What a great all around guy.
