My sister and I have taken our beloved cat here for a year and Dr Suzanne Ursitti has always been a big help. Just recently our cat became sick again from digestion issues he has been having for a while so we brought him in for an emergency. Dr Ursitti was not there, but Dr Soscia was and she was anything but compassionate. I was shocked by her behavior towards us because I have never heard any bad things about Dr Soscia from other pet owners. We didn’t think that our cat was on the brink of dying. She basically made me and my sister feel stupid and said “we might have to put him to sleep” without any empathy or remorse for our sick cat. Didn’t bother to try and get his health history. We were hit with heartbreaking news and we were treated like no big deal that day. Under sudden heavy stress our cats treatment was put on hold as my family was scrambling for money to get a procedure done to empty his bladder. We applied for a credit card and it was denied. We asked if there were any other financial options and she said that there was nothing else that could be done. We either had to pay in full for the procedure or he had to be immediately put down with such a heartless tone. It was a relief when we found a way to come up with the money. Unfortunately, we eventually had to put our cat down to rest the next day and Dr Ursitti was extremely accommodating and compassionate towards my family. Thank God she was there the next day. We had the complete opposite treatment from her and her staff than the previous day with Dr Soscia.
Stay away from Dr Soscia. If you have an emergency and Dr Ursitti is not there, bring your pet somewhere else. Our cat loved Dr Ursitti and she treated him with the best care. We really appreciate her and the other staffs compassion when it was lacked from Dr Soscia.

Very helpful and friendly vets. They were great with my guinea pigs and seemed to really care for them (not all vets are like that with small animals!) During their inital patient exam they threw in a free nail trim. They were flexible with my payment as well and it meant a lot to me. There are a few cons. Disappointing they don't have overnight emergency care and boarding at their facility. The prices are higher than other places I've been and they do not accept Care Credit. Other than that overall I would recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with this vet. I have brought my foster dog there before and the rescue never had a problem with paying them. I bring my dog in tonite to be put to sleep and they let a dying dog in pain wait for 45 minutes until they can verify the credit card from the rescue. Business first I guess. I will never take another animal there. This poor dog hadn't had a rough enough life and they made even her death worse. Thanks for nothing.
