APR Supply Co - New Oxford

Higher prices for same item. They often charge you for what you order but you get something that you didn't order. Only buy from here when I have no choice. And yes, they are very rude. Not quite sure how this location is still in business.

I was extremely disappointed and offended recently when dealing with the employees of this particular site for APR supply. First of all they were extremely rude!! I was totally uncomfortable walking in to pay & pick up an item my husband had ordered. According to my husband they were just as rude when he called to order said parts. I spent 92.00 dollars on 2 small parts I deserved respect but got none! I practically had to jump up & down to get the salesclerk to even ask to help me. I was waiting for about 8-10 minutes before 1 of the clerks provided any service whatsoever. I was standing in front of the man obviously waiting to be helped, yet he looked right over top of me & tried to help another shopper. The only thing that makes sense is that they didn't want to help a female. I felt invisible. After I said I was next he rudely asked what I needed. I told him & he acted very annoyed & condescending. After I gave him my husbands name he said "wait, wait, wait, what's the part" I guess he thought I wouldn't know I told him he then asked what name it was under. Told him again...then the funny part. My 12 year old daughter said " it's right there on the shelf behind you". She saw it plain as day a box with my husbands name on it. So, should have been a simple pick up & pay out the door. Turned into a very degrading experience. Definitely letting people know to go elsewhere for supplies! Also have no desire to ever use the design/decorating part of the company--oasis kitchen & bath! Thanks for nothing APR! By the way this website made me put at least 1 star. Wanted 0 stars!!!
