Its sensor suite monitors wind speed and direction, temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, barometric pressure and light. Its master control unit consists of the Internet communication port and processes and stores weather data. The school s library offers newspapers, magazines, research material and audiovideo equipment. Additionally, Deer Crossing Elementary operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various events and projects.
