Town Fair Tire

I will never use this location again. I got a screw in my tire. Since my husband is in military I went New London subase to purchase tires. I was sent to the new London Town fair tire. They were very nice when they took my car. I sat in waiting room for over hour. When I went to check on car I was told they would check. Another 15 mins nothing I went back to front guy say oh your car is ready. I asked how long had it been ready he says I don't know I been with customers. Ummm I am a customer too and they knew I was waiting. Over an hour to replace one tire.

But they didn't do what I paid them to! Took our truck here for a balance. We didn't receive the call we were told we would letting us know they were done we just happened to notice the time. Every person in that shop was rude except for two of the guys in the back. When we returned to have them do what we paid for, they took twice as long as it should have! We won't be going back with any of our vehicles no matter how good the sale is!
