Dealt with Patrick Richards. He is a public adjuster. Another name for fast talking THIEVES. These people were suppose to put a new roof and siding on our home. Well, after about 4 months of trying to bill our insurance company out of as much money as possible, they pulled out of the job. They left us high and dry over $2200 that we would not give to them. Mind you we have them a deposit of $10252 already and they hadn't even started work on our house. But they were still demanding money from a previous claim we had received. So they told us they had a bad feeling about the deal and pulled out of the contract. A bad feeling about us? Not one positive review on this company. Then they proceeded to take 25% of the full amount we received from the insurance company ($4000) and charged us for the permit ($175) that was never used. That is a huge come up to perform absolutely no work!! Tom Sweeney is the scum bag behind all of this along with his minion Patrick. Do not so business with these people. They care more about getting paid than they do putting up good work. Now we are in the winter months in illinois and have to wait till the spring to get the work done. These people are CROOKS and THIEVES!!! I had spoken with "Tom Sweeney " on the phone and the person that called me back stating they were Tom was not the same person I spoke with before. Total scammers. Still going to file something against them because they shouldn't be able to collect money for no work being done.

this company did my entire roof and on the contract it states that INSURED CONTRACTING will use 4 nails per shingle and i had a recent blow off of many shingles and the company i had out said they only used 2 per shingle. stay away from these guys they are storm chasers and they will rip you off as they ripped me off.
