        They don't deserve any stars. ...

        They don't deserve any stars. These people are cheater and dishonest. First they told me there is not charge to find the problem. When I when to pickup my laptop, than this guy asks me for $20. Don't even bother dealing with them.

        This is what happens when you sign w/o reading or too bad that you can not read English. Welcome to America you need to pay for everything you own and use in here not like your home country. If that was a legit excuse you would gone to a small claims court which will not be for free either but unfortunately you can not.
