        When I called to inquire about his service, cut me off before I could explain while I was calling. Asked me what kind of appliance, I said Samsung.....call them, they are to hard to work on. Click......RUDE...Anyways, I'm glad he was rude, glad he said it was to hard for him. For $30.14 and a you tube video I fixed it myself!
