        Overall

        May have been busy, but just say so. Over the course of almost six weeks, I had to contact them 5 different times, and have the exact same conversation about what I needed done. This was after they sent a rep to my new home (waited for him for several hours after prescribed time) to gauge for himself. He seemed competent, and gave decent estimates, which was why I gave them so much lee-way.
        They cost me time and money, and were arguably the most unprofessional, unorganized company I've ever dealt with. Needless to say, I did not utilize their services...
