Do yourself a favor and hire a neighborhood kid. That will be far more professional than these clowns. I live in an apartment complex they have the contract for so therefor can't fire them. If I could, I'd also sue them for the damage they do. Their only goal appears to be to run the machines around as quickly as possible. They leave ruts and chewed up grass that's still too long after they're done. They don't bag or pick up the grass clippings. Plants they provide for flower beds are cheap and puny then not watered or cared for. If there is a stick or fallen tree branch, they zoom around it and leave it. The grass clippings are thrown by the mower onto patios and walkways. Again, rather than pick up, they use a leafblower to blow them back onto the grass where they stay.
