Clarified availability of part on Monday. Purchased part with Credit Card over phone to ensure part when I arrived. Made arrangements to pick up part on Wednesday. Called Tuesday evening to clarify part was ready, assured it was pulled off the truck and "on the shelf" Drove two hours to pick up part to be told. "We don't have that part anymore, we sold it" a quick snort "sorry" I then explained that arrangements were made, I drove 2 hours for this and part was already charged to my account. Guy with white hair and glasses said " Nothing I can do for you except refund your money"Very Unprofessional, discourteous, and dishonest company!
