I bought my ford taurus from Mike & Jess earlier this year around tax time and I have to say that it has been a very reliable and great car for me.
Before I purchased my taurus I had a few bad experiences with buying cars so I was very cautious and had many questions.. I really liked how mike & jess were so patient with all of my concerns and so helpful with checking out all the cars in my price range. They were very honest about all of their cars, and they had no problem with me having my uncle who is my mechanic check it out either.. I feel like they really wanted to make sure it was the best one for me! The prices were the best that I could find in the area, and I will be visiting them whenever I need my next car!

Me and my wife purchased a very nice 2006 Kia Sedona from here about two months ago, and we couldn't be Happier! The young couple that runs Downtown Motors were very friendly, and honest people! They assisted us with Looking at quite a few vans, and they Were VERY honest about if any of the vans needed anything (even minor things like a side mirror). This was the fist car we've purchased since 1998 and we had a Lot of questions to ask, but Jess was very patient with us and I really appreciated that. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a really good price to check them out!

I would be wary about the couple who operates this place. They seemed nice at first but they changed & acted low life when I didn't want to buy a van they were selling when I saw a check engine light on. They both became angry. He told me angrily that I'm wasting his time & she walked away, telling me to stick it up my ass. If that's not inappropriate, I don't know what is. I honestly think they reset all check engine lights on the dashboard with the handheld computer they have, so prospective buyers won't see it. He had a handheld computer there & did so in front of me, saying "it's off now." Well, it's off because he reset it or erased it, but it'll come back on. I would not recommend this place. I believe they reset (or erase) all check engine lights that come on & people don't know about it until after they buy a car & then it comes back on. He claims a check engine light is no big deal & a repair isn't necessary but I disagree.

Very Honest People! They will tell you if the Cars need any minor work right away!, They have the Best Prices I've seen for used cars! They let you check them out thoroughly or even take it to a Mechanic you know! Very NO Pressure environment. Very Friendly people!
