Hungry Howie's Pizza

I didn't care for Hungry Howies until I found out they have a light cook option. Now it's a good pizza at a good price.

We decided to try Hungry Howie's Pizza for the first time tonight in Navarre Florida #223. We were really disappointed. The pizza was cold and looked horrible. I requested to exchange the cold pizza for a warm one. The Hungry Howie's employee told me that she would have to charge me for another pizza. She was serious! I left with the cold pizza and when we started eating the cold pizza we found a hair in it. We paid for a medium cold pizza with black olives and a hair. I contacted Hungry Howie's management and they have not responded.

They just lost a good customer that orders 17-25 pizzas at a time for NHS. The store manager that was on duty today is rude! his shift employee was the one that answered the phone, asked me to hold-on and forgot to cover the phone so unfortunatley I heard the whole conversation as well as his profanity when asked about school discount and wanting 17 pizzas. Explained that I have received the $5.55 discount before thru Luke and Mike for NHS and that I heard the conversation and it was insulting and uncalled for. He hesitated, then denied it was him. This is not the right way to treat a customer. Took our business to Dominos. They were friendly and helpful. Navarre is a small town and I will be sure to let everyone know just how rude Brad was.
