The pick up ride had a clean car and a happy driver. But she likes to speed and tail gate. The car was quit but vibrated all parts of me. Thought I was gonna get sick.
The ride back had a dirty car and I don't mean dusty. Ashes all over from him smoking too. Missing one seat belt. No air conditioning.
Driver would switch lots of lanes with no turning signal. The car sounded like it was pulling an empty trailer in the back and felt like left back tire was gonna fall off. After we stopped to do a drop off I asked if he was smoking. He said yes. Never been that close to someone smoking a joint. Never want to again.
This experience from this company told me that their manager does not care about how the company is perceived. Never want them again.

I am in 4th stage cancer treatment both chemo and radiation this is the second time this week that the driver has shown up 20 mins before my appt time ( UofM is 55 miles from where I live ) the first time was she had traffic issues and got lost today she told me this was how the owner Adele had scheduled her they must have warp speed on their vehicles. Never again, I suggest that any one else dealing with this unprofessional Mickey Mouse business they walk, hitch hike or take the bus at least you'll get to your destination

Their phone recording states they're open until 7PM, it's 5:43PM. Where are they? Sad, just sad they lost a fare and my son cannot get to the clinic for stitches, he's a trucker.

Suppose to be here at 11am today and still waiting.never going to call this company ever again!
