Most overcharged tow I’ve ever had. Not only were they not supposed to even tow the car because I had a personal truck coming for my car in the morning, but they also told me I had to pay them or give them the car to get my belongings. I know that’s protocol for most places but you weren’t even supposed to touch the vehicle so how do you even justify the pricing.

My daughter-in-law was run off the road by one of their tow truck drivers. When a call was made to complain to the owner, not only did he not seem to care but harassment followed in a return call from the driver calling my daughter-in-law a liar.

An apology would have sufficed. Negligent on the road and unprofessional behavior.

Beware.

Driver was great!! Very polite,knowledgeable and ddependable!!

Awesome service and really knew their stuff!
