Verlander's Construction

So I hired them for a renovation on a house we'd just bought, I was quoted 1amount from one partner but I think the other 1 wasn't too happy about that, because when we bought the house we financed the renovation through the bank who added a10% contingency to the total amount. Well, things they'd find wrong with the house started adding up, and by the time they were done, ALL THE CONTINGENCY WAS GONE!!!! $7000 WORTH.... gone!!!! Also, when then put down the tile in the kitchen/ utility room, they ADMITTED they walked on it too early, so now there are TERRIBLE "lips" ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!!! Off course I didn't notice it til all the money was paid and they were done, and by that time it was too late!!!!! It looks like a BEGINNER ( at best) did the tile! THATS NOT ALL!!! I had to re-do ALL caulking in the house, because of how sloppy of a job they did, PLUS Im having to take them to court because I'd asked for a list of charges from the plumber, and when I got it, FINALLY, there was a charge on it for a service he DIDN'T PERFORM!! When I brought it to hiss attention, he said that was between me and the plumber!! Well, when ur a Class A CONTRACTOR, IT ABSOLUTELY IS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS!! But, he REFUSES TO HELP ME, HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME HIS ADDRESS so I can sue, or even file a complaint to the BBB. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GET A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR IF YOUR THINKING OF GOIN WITH VERLANDER!!!! Oh yeah, he was also working on a friend's bathroom when he was working for me, and all her did the whole time was talk total TRASH about her!!!!! I was shocked he did that... turns out he was doing the same thing when he was at her house, talked nothing but trash about me!!! I will SUE THESE BASTARDS....
