Universal Window & Siding

I first contacted this company in April to replace all of the windows in my older home. They were prompt on coming out giving me and estimate. When they came to put the windows in, this was some time in May, every window was wrong. They were supposed to only have the grid on the top and they brought ones with grid on the top and bottom. Ok, not a big deal, reorder all the the bottom panes. They don't make it back out until almost two months later to fix them. Guess what? they STILL messed up, two were still completely wrong and they were short one. So, back to reordering. It is now the end of October and I just received a call asking me what I still needed fixed. They STILL do not have the correct windows in their warehouse. I will never recommend them. I've used them in the past and did not experience near as much problems. Upon reading other reviews, seems like the business has gone downhill and I'm not the only one that they can't seem to complete the job for.
