U Call We Haul

I am a property manager. I called this company to haul away some junk and debris as we were remodeling. They told me over the phone, they take everything. They get here and only took 10% of what we had, and then told me, oh ya, we don't take this, or this or this. After they had already told me on the phone that they take everything. Then it took them 3 days, to only haul away a few things. I had to call another company to come out and finish their job. Then the owner kept coming by and harassing me, every single day, until he got his payment. Even after I explained to him (before he even started work) that I do not pay invoices from this office. That I needed to send the bill to my accounting person and they would pay him. He kept demanding I pay him right there, after I explained I don't know how many times, our payment policy. Which he knew before we even hired him. Never again.

This company is an absolute joke. The owner came out to leave an hour later with his laborer to show up 5 hours later to end up ditching and not finishing after they just received payment saying they were all done. I guess raking leaves and hauling them off is too big of a job for these boys. The owner is an absolute joke. Don't wate your time. Call a real company.

Just moved to area bought a house and had to have shed and spa removed U Call We Haul did a great job
