Troy Granite

We had prices from Lowe's & Home Depot we "sat on" for 4 months before we decided to "pull the trigger". For some reason, the prices had increased ~$1400 over this 4 month wait.



A colleague told me about Troy Granite and we had them give us a price ON THE SAME GRANITE. My wife and I went to the Troy showroom and had several slabs/colors from which to choose all at the same price as the one we originally anticipated using. They were >$2000 lower and included (at my request) all of the disconnection and reconnection of plumbing, dishwasher, etc.



Troy came and measured on a Monday and installed the counters the following Monday. The installation is near perfect and it is quite difficult to even find the one seam. I am surprised how much my solid oak cabinets are out-of-square, but the installers from Troy took great pains to assure that the counter is level and true.

Troy granite was an absolute pleasure to work with. The show room staff were very friendly and accommodating. The selection was great. The guys that did measurement and install were very respectful of my home. Our install was a snowy day and the installers kept me updated on weather delays. They also brought lots of padding to protect my very white carpet! I love the granite and I loved working with Troy!

Baker promptly answered all my questions, and was able to set up purchase and installation very quickly. He is friendly, courteous and professional. Mike and Mumar measured everything perfectly .

I must have called 50 times to bother them with questions and they answered every one of them and never sounded frustrated or annoyed.

Chris and Edward came to install the counters for me. They arrived on time and left everything clean. I had a seam for the L shape counter and he did a great job fitting it. I had and undermount sink and it looks great.

Their website is incredible and gives one confidence that one is dealing with a competent company.

This place works as an amazing well oiled machine. They are extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us to get the job done. They worked passed the hours they were suppoe to to fit our time need and also were able to fullfill our request although seeming impossible. We were not expecting that and they did it! Troy Granite in Pittsburgh is a professional, reliable fabricator and installer of quality granite. They have a showroom with a large variety of all different price ranges of granite and they will refer you to a local supplier to choose a granite if they don't have what you want. The staff walks you through the process and gives helpful direction and advice. They follow-through on their commitment and involve the customer in every step of the templating and installation to ensure satisfaction. You know your out the door price at the time of templating and there are no hidden charges or fees. The do everything they promise for the installation including leaving everything as clean as it was before they started. We worked with Lisa and Erin on the phone and Sal for our original contract and estimate. We met Mohmar for our templating and then, Adam and George, Bruno and Benjamin for installation. We spoke with Paul about fabrication and worked extensively with Behkir throughout the project. Troy Granite is professional, courteous and fairly priced. I shopped around for granite countertops and Troy was by far the best. Their selection is fabulous. They are honest and did an excellent job as well as being pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again in my new house.

After looking at granite in several Pittsburgh, PA locations we seen an add in the Sunday paper for Troy granite. Wow! there selection was wonderful and Lisa had us from hello. She welcomed us with a big smile and showed us around until Baker was available. Baker (not sure if I'm spelling his name write) was just wonderful. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we are so happy with the job the installers did. We have sent severall of our friends out to Troy and they are very pleased with their countertops too. The price was lower then others. They did exactly what they said. I find that their work is professional and their installations are timely.

We did a lot of research before selecting Troy granite because of a large choice at a good price. Nothing beats comparing slabs in their huge warehouse and bringing samples back home for final selection. Measuring and installation personnels were on time, curteous and highly professional. The end result meets all our expectation. Great job and good experience.

Troy just completed a kitchen remodel for us which included granite countertops, tile backsplash and a travertine floor. They handled the whole job including hook up of the plumbing for the sink and gas cooktop connection. They were timely and very professional and did an impeccable job. The owner Mustafa is a great guy and is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and all of his employees conduct themselves they same way. The floor man John was a perfectionist and did not rush the job he laid a French Pattern travertine and did it to perfection. I highly recommend Troy and we will be using them for our bathroom remodel next year.
