I needed a new key made for my 1999 Ford Explorer. I called a bunch of locksmiths. Most of them were nasty or couldn't get to it till tomorrow or I had to wait for them to call me back. When I called Ray from Tri-County locksmith, he answered the phone right away. He was very professional and courteous. Out of all the locksmiths I called he was by far the cheapest. My Explorer needed a new ignition cylinder. Rather than 'just programming the new cylinder keys' and going on his merry way, Ray re-tooled the inside of my new cylinder to fit my original key (which also operates the door) and cut my replacement keys the same and programmed them. In short: I have the original which still works, and a spare and they ALL operate the ignition and the door!! Job well done! Reasonably priced too!

Got locked out of our house yesterday.Called several locksmiths and chose Ray based on some of the reviews posted and they were correct! Ray quoted us a price over the phone and he kept his word. He had to try a couple of tricks of the trade, but he was able to get us into our house without destroying our locks. We needed to re-key the two doors on our house, in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Ugh!. Normally I'd expect to be sitting in front of the house for four hours dialing locksmiths, till my cell phone battery went dead. Got hold of Ray, he was on another job, estimated he could be here in an hour and a half, to two hours. He beat his own estimate by thirty minutes and arrived early. We were sitting in the car eating lunch. Told him what we needed, he got it done, swiftly, and made suggestions about things we hadn't even thought of. Very knowledgable about his field, and new products. Naturally, we had to share one of the sandwiches from Little Italy of SLW. They make the best veal parm in town!

Ray made two master keys for my 2007 Toyota Camry in thirty minutes. The day before I spent three hours at the dealer, they wanted to charge me $191 for two keys that worked in the ignition but not the doors. I was shocked, to say the least. Called Ray at Tri County, he was prompt, successful, courteous, and, more to the point, I got two master keys that now work in my car without any of the dealer hassle. He knows what he's doing, it's obvious. If you have a Toyota, need keys, call him.

Ray was honest with me when I first called him and he said it would be about 50 minutes for hi to get to my location. I tried another company, who said they'd be there right away, and ended up waiting two hours before they even admitted they were nowhere near my location. I then called Ray up again, and he came over right away, got the door to my car unlocked (in the rain, no less!) and made a spare copy of my car key at no extra charge. He was honest, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I was at the Walmart when I realized that I could not find my keys...ahhh...I went to customer service and waited for them to check with other people at the store to find my keys...with no luck I went outside to look in the parking lot when someone asked me if I needed help and told me that they had a hanger...well my car is new and so I let them know that was not an option for me...I lady that worked at walmart told me about Tri County Lock, and that she used them before so I decided to give it a try. Ray showed up shortly after I called and I was quickly on my way...which was good because I had to pick up my daughter from school. What a day, but at least it ended good. I would definetly use them again and thought I would pass on this message of hope to others in need of a Locksmith.

I was locked out of my car, and in need of a locksmith, I called around and decided to go with Tri County Lock and Key. Boy am I happy I did, the owner Ray was curteous, Fast, and Friendly, Not only did he open my car but when he did my keys were no were to be found, so he had to make new keys for me. When I told my husband we talked about having our home rekeyed because we have small children and you never can be to safe, we decide to call back and once again Ray came out and rekeyed our house. I would recommend that any one use Tri County Lock and Key because of the great customer service and how fast and friendly they are. I hope you take my advice because they really know thier stuff unlike some other locksmiths I heard about in the area. Thank you Ray for all your help.
