        Thief. Fraud. Seeking legal action. Paid upfront, windows never repaired and no refund. States he was filing a claim through his "insurance" company.

        I called several places, none of them called me back. Tidewater Door and Glass Repair actually answered when I called! They came out right away, even though it wasn't an emergency and replaced the glass at a very fair price. Excellent work! Friendly and courteous! I highly recommend them and I will definitely call them again when needed.
