The Attorney Service

I hired Bob Zirretta to serve process on short (two day's) notice in a domestic violence matter in Santa Barbara. The circumstances were delicate and emotional. We had one shot at serving the "restrained person" ("RP") when he deplaned at the airport, and we didn't know what plane he'd be on. Bob got back to me right away and kept me and my client informed about the whole process (including the paperwork required) during the whole ordeal. He called my client several times, explaining the process and calming her down. Through means known only to himself, he learned what plane the RP would be on. He even picked up my client and brought her home afterwards. Together they went to the airport, my client ID'ed the RP so Bob could serve him. It was done in such a way that my client never had to confront the RP. Then Bob completed the proof and service and dropped the necessary paper work off at the local law enforcement agency, explaining the situation to the police.
