Sweet Mountain Air Cooling & Heating Inc.

On 7/21 the owner of Sweet Mountain Air came to my house to investigate a ceiling leak. He was in and out in 15 minutes saying the issues was "fixed". Fast forward two days 7/23 and my entire ceiling caved in. He did a quick look, vacuumed the condensation line but didn't investigate further to see the drip pan was cracked. After the ceiling collapse, he said he would come back; I never saw him but each time I called to get an update, he said he came to get "numbers and the parts are on order." That was over two weeks ago. For the last week and a half, he has been completely ignoring our calls and texts we have left begging, literally begging for him to call us back. This has been the hottest July in Arizona history and he has completely abandoned us and caused thousands of dollars in drywall repair since this was not addressed properly from the beginning. He thinks that just ignoring us will get him out of this mess and believe me he has left us with a complete mess!

Do not use David Sweet with Sweet AC! We called our Home Warranty Co., and were told David would be out to repair one of our AC Units. David not only showed up 2 hours past our agreed upon time, but also thought it was acceptable to be to my house only 10 minutes before the time I told him I would need to be walking out the door (for another appt). The other appt. was something I had made abundantly clear when initially scheduling the appt. So when he was about to show up and I reminded him he only had 10 minutes left to spare before I left, he actually expected me to believe he could look at AND repair my AC Unit!! I then told him we'd either need to reschedule or I could call the warranty co. back and have someone else come out and repair it. His reply, "fine then", and he hung up on me!! And his excuse for being late: He was on another job. So much for his word when he promised to make me the 1st appointment of the day! I have reported him to the home warrant company.

Don't use these guys. They may do good work, but their business management is awful. They repaired my AC in 9/14, but never informed AHS that I had paid the service fee. So, now I'm getting collection notices from AHS, who is going to cut off my account. We've called Sweet Mountain FOUR TIMES to confirm that I paid the fee. (Yes, I paid it, have the cancelled check and the invoice.) He never calls them back to get it cleared off, and AHS won't just take my word for it. Like I said, he needs basic business management help, and until he gets it, stay away.

Excellent all the way around. Dave always comes out same day has fixed AC on mulitple properties of mine always with a fair price. Cant say enough about Dave Sweet and his excellent service.
