Keeping up with the latest trends in design and construction is essential to the overall success of Mark Swanson Builders, Inc. According to Mark, "The greatest movement in recent years in this industry has to be the adoption of eco-friendly building methods. We try to use those green techniques that especially apply to living on the Gulf Coast: spray foam insulation, humidity controls in the HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, gas versus wood-burning fireplaces, and energy-efficient appliances are only some examples of how we help homeowners save money, be comfortable, and preserve the environment."
Throughout every stage of new construction, we help our clients relax and enjoy the awesome experience of watching their dreams become a reality. This is our goal as custom builders at Mark Swanson Builders, Inc.
President of Mark Swanson Builders, Inc. since 1998, Mark Swanson has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. His background as an insulation contractor and his experienced insight into building "Green Energy Efficient Homes" have been assets to his career as a custom house builder. Mark is a strong supporter of the Mobile community and the local building industry. In 2007 he built the Showcase house for the Home Builders Association of Metro Mobiles Parade of Homes. This home was viewed by more than 6,000 visitors and part of the proceeds from the event were donated to the local Child Advocacy Center. Mark was selected "Builder of the Year" by the Home Builders Association in 2008 and he still serves on the Board of Directors.
