Superior Heating & Cooling

Long story short. Preyed on my 81 yr. old legally blind veteran Dad. Charged $189 for a part he was told was under warranty and replaced another part that I later had tested as a good part. Even after requesting replaced parts, tech tried to sneak them out in his pants pocket. Had to ask again as he was heading out the door. The guy that runs this outfit, John Mackey, is condescending, rude, and dismissive. I only requested the parts money be returned, not the service call or diagnostic fee $98. Parts $298. Looked up parts and I could purchase the two for roughly $45 retail. Everyone should avoid taking the chance with their hard-earned money by avoiding Superior Hearing & cooling. BTW, they list about five areas with five different phone numbers to give the illusion they are in your area when in fact they have one location @ 10470 St Charles Rock Rd. in Bridgeton, MO. Bordering St Ann.
