Sunset Taxi

AAA sent out Garry from Sunset Towing, and he was exceptional! He had a great attitude and the process was quick! I love dealing with people who actually care about other people.... I’d highly recommend them!

AAA sent Bill to rescue us at the Coeur d' Alene Resort, and he even pushed our van from the fourth floor of the parking ramp so he could load it. AAA messed the order up, but Bill was more concerned with our comfort and needs than paperwork that could be ironed out later, unlike a couple other tow drivers I've used. He towed us for almost 100 miles, and we actually enjoyed the trip because he was friendly, informative, and even fun as he drove. He also took time to make sure we could get an electric wheelchair out of the back door. If Bill is an example of Sunset's services, I recommend them to anyone.

Had to have my van towed for almost 100 miles after breaking down on the fourth floor of the Coeur d' Alene Resort parking ramp. Bill helped push the van out of the ramp and was totally nice during our tow. He also took extra time to make sure we had room to get an electric wheelchair out before he left. For the first time in my life, I enjoyed being towed. Thanks Bill!

When someone hit my car, i was an upset ball of stress. Calling back and forth between Geico and myself only added to it all. But working with Jerry's body shop was amazing, the called me back right away, kept me informed of what was going on, and fixed my car better than i ever would've imagined. I would reccomend Jerry's to everyone!!

very poor customer service receptionists are very unprofessional and rude. they charge very high prices for towing and ridiculous charge on storage. if you have a choice i would recommend finding a different tow company.

They only wanted to give me $900 dollars for a trade in on a 2002 eclipse in great condition with relatively low miles. RIP OFF! Dont insult my intelligence.
