Storage Banc

Our storage transaction is a simple month-to-month rental agreement. One price, not additional charges. Fees only occur if the customer does not pay in a timely manner, has a payment returned NSF, etd. We give a 10 day grace period before any fees are charged. Most of our competitors begin charging late fees between 2 and 5 days after the rent is due. The amount of the fee is governed by the Missouri Self Storage Act. It is $20.00 or 10% of the monthly rent. All storage facilities in Missouri charge the same amount. All if this is disclosed on our Rental Agreement and discussed with the customer at the time of the rental. All up front, nothing hidden!

I am sorry that your experience with Storage Banc was not what you expected. However, let me assure you that there are no hidden fees or charges. There is simply a monthly rental fee for the use of your storage space. Any additional charges and fees come from failure pay as agreed, and are in compliance with and goverened by the Missouri Self-Storage Act. All self-storage operators in Missouri are required to follow these same procedures regarding deliquent tenants. All of our rentals are subject to a Satisfaction Gurantee.
