These guys are incompetent. The first time they sent someone to fix my sprinklers, he not only didn't fix the leak, he cut the electrical lines and rewired it wrong. They promised to warranty their work, so I called them to come fix it when I realized that it was even more broken than before.

When they sent someone out the second time, he spent hours trying to figure out how it worked. Then he cut the electrical line again. Then he couldn't fix either the leak or the electrical line right. So he calls another guy to come help him fix it. I had to stand around all day and help them, which means they are not professionals. So, I wasted my whole day, and ended up paying for a full day's work for TWO people (who I still had to help figure it out) for FAULTY WORK that was supposed to be UNDER WARRANTY. They even wanted me to pay weekend rates because that was the only time they had available to come out.

I knew I overpaid, but I decided to just let it go. That is, until today.

I also paid them to install a coupler so that I could easily use an air compressor to blow out the lines for the winter. So I go to do that today, and I find that they have buried the coupler right up against the wall of a tube 2 feed underground, which means I can't even attach a hose to it.

I would never recommend these guys, not even to an enemy. I couldn't live with myself.
