        Overall

        I have worked with Joe for the last 4 years as an electrical contractor and never have I seen any of the items listed below going on. He is attentive to detail and ensures a quality home is provided for all his buyers. I also take offence to the comment that an electrician wrote and drew profanity on the walls. This had to be before my time with Joe. If you want an energy star home with great neighbors and a friendly atmosphere Joes developments are the place to be.
