Mr. Shorter went out of his way to help me - a female traveling alone - when I found myself in an awful situation! My vehicle‘s oil pressure dropped/bottomed out to 0 & bells started ringing-warnings to “Stop Engine”, etc which terrified me! Pulling over on the shoulder of I-20E with traffic backing up due to roadwork, I was nearly in panic mode! Googling “tow truck service in Vicksburg, MS”, I saw “Shorter’s” and called. Mr. Shorter arrived promptly (within the given distance between the two of us), loaded my vehicle and we were on our way!
I’d be amiss to not make mention here that Mr. Shorter put all my apprehensions to rest and actually made me feel quite comfortable considering the circumstances!
He went out of his way to help me get back on the road-adding 3 quarts of oil and checking the pressure gauges etc.. BUT..... Mr. Shorter didn’t stop there! An hour or so later, Mr. Shorter called me to make sure I had made it to my destination safely!!!
