Don't know how they are in comparison to other heating and air services??? but I do know they got the job done and the price was alright. I don't have much money so I pretty much had the service man explain some things to me like what all had to be done. I basically had what NEEDED to be done that day since im a bit on a tight budget. But if I had to rate the service, and price, with the honesty I would give it a 5 star.
I called this company to come out and check my a/c I missed the scheduled appointment because I was still registering my kids for school, the tech Brian said he could come out tomorrow around 4pm and I could be his last call. I left work early was home by 3:50pm waited until 5pm called to check to make sure they were still coming and Brian said that the tech John would be there in an hour or so and that he would call when he was on his way. I had to step out was gone no longer than 15 min I came back home to a card left by John, I called him, no answer. I called Brian no answer, I left a message, and received no call back. No one called when they were on their way. I wasted my time with this company, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know, NO follow up and horrible service

We are very sorry you are upset. The office informed you that you would be the last call of the day as you requested. Our tech called the phone number you left and we did not get any answers after multiple phone calls were made. We drove all the way to your home and found that no one was there but a 7 year old child. We stood outside and asked the child to call his mother... he called 3 times and had no answer. We left our card with the child and were waiting for a phone call back.
Great service! I have a daycare I run out of my home and I needed Sheldon's to fix my air ASAP!!!! the last thing I need is complaints of it being too hot in my home! the problem was they were all booked up for the day!!!!!! BUT I somehow managed to get them out here by the end of the day which was no problem for me! They did a great job! they were friendly, and affordable. Thanks

We were not getting the building to cool down although the air appeared to be working. We called for service to Sheldons AC and had a tech to our office within an hour. We were anticipating a major replacement of the unit, but after cleaning and adjusting the fluid levels our office began to cool again! Sheldons saved us some big bucks and explained how to do some preventative maintenance to keep our unit working properly in the future. Now what AC company will give you tips on how not to have to call them in the future??? That was service!
Wow, 113 outside! We had no air working, and we were dying in the hot house. Sheldon's Heating and AC responded so quickly and they were able to diagnose the problem and get us up and running in just a short time. And it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Nice clean cut tech with friendly service.
We had Sheldon's come out when our AC went down and they informed us of the problem and what had caused it. Sheldon's gave us a fair price and fixed the unit in a timely mannor.

We purchased a repo about a year ago and had Sheldon's Heating and Air come out and service our furnace and a/c unit. Our service was great. Very informative, clean and proffesional. We have signed on to have regular maintanence done with the company and would recommend them to anyone needing an air conditioning and heating company. Thanks!

We recently purchased a repossession home. The existing heating and air system had a lot of neglect and abuse, had some doubt if it could be used or would need replaced . We made a call to Sheldon's Heating & Air, they showed up on time and explained in detail what needed done. They completely cleaned the system and replaced a couple of parts and has been running like new since. I can't help but think, this would have been a great opportunity for other companies to sell a new system instead of less money for the repair. When the system does fail, Sheldon's will be the one to install our new system, I highly recommend this company.
We recently had Sheldon's Heating and Air Conditioning Service put in a new heating and air conditioning system in our home. We received outrageous quotes from other companies but not Sheldon's Heating and Air. Their prices are very reasonable and the service was exceptional! They were the only reputable company that informed use about the new laws and regulations regarding duct testing. My husband and I highly recommend using this company.
We recently had our furnace and air conditioner serviced by Sheldons Service, and it was so nice to know that there are still service companies out there who not only give great one day service, but have reasonable prices. Our serviceman was so polite and gave us good advice on future problems. I would highly recommend Sheldons Service to everyone who wants quality work, good prices and fast service. They were recommended to us and even though we are in Orange County we couldn't believe that we received one day service.

I called ten different heating companies on Saturday and they were all closed or wanted a hunderd dollars for a service call. Sheldon's service charged me $ 30.00 to come out on Saturday and fixed the unit for under $ 80.00.
