Shane Allen's Pool Service

Ive used Shane's pool service a few times and would recommend him to anybody and everybody. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. His office staff is also very wonderful she has very excellent customer service skills.

I believe in supporting independent, local busness' when looking for help. The personal attention by Melinda (in the office), and Shanes sincere desire to "fix the problem" was very impressive!! Shane Allen did an amazing job fixing a long standing issue I was having with my spa. The pressure was not right and the jets were not functioning properly; I had previously been quoted extremely high prices for the repair by other companies. So, I let it go and did nothing. Shane was recommended to me by a friend b/c my spa was so sad!! He looked at it, pulled out the jets in the spa did a quick "thing" and it was fixed!!! His price was extremely reasonable and the time from the initial call to happily bubbling hot tub was less than a day!! He is so knowledgeable and he did the job without gouging me for $$!!

It is refreshing to find someone with honesty and integrity.

I DO recommend this pool company to all of my friends and neighbors here in Huntington Beach. Way to go Shane!! My family and I Thank-you!!

I was unhappy with my previous pool service company so I asked around my neighborhood for referrals. One name kept consistently coming up, Shane Allen. I have been using Shane to service our pool for over a year now. He's courteous and takes pride in his excellent work. My neighbors were right to refer him. After the last experience I had with my previous pool cleaner, I am so happy to have Shane servicing our pool! 5 stars! Thanks!!

I am a big fan of Shane Allen's Pool Service. He was reffered to me by a friend because she knew my pool needed serious help. My old pool guy was horrible (I wont mention any names). Shane came over and fixed up my pool! I can actually see the bottom now!! Also I would like to complement Shane's office staff. Talk about customer service!!

Hi. I had the opportunity to use Shane's Pool Service at one point last year, and I must say that it was the worst period of time for my pool. It was constantly filled with algae and Shane only showed up every few weeks despite my repeated calls to his phone number to complain. We also paid in advance, which was his requirement.



I would avoid Shane's crappy pool service if you can., so that you don't have to pay another company 400 dollars to drain your pool and give it a chlorine bath. It was that bad. I would give Shane no stars if it were possible.

Shane has always taken great care of our pool. Whenever there is a problem he has it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I never have to worry about my pool. Excellent!

Shane did a great job on our pool. It was very neglected, full of leaves, algae, and mosquitoes. Shane cleaned it all up and then acid washed it. It looks GREAT now. Thanks Shane.

Shane has been cleaning my pool for a few years now and I have been very happy with his service! He is very conscientious and is on top of keeping the filters and tile clean and adding different chemicals when needed. He takes personal pride in keeping his pools in great condition.
