Seaton Heat N' Air

Seaton Air has replaced both upstairs and downstairs furnaces over several years as well as periodic maintenance. They are completely reliable and efficient. Chris Seaton is honest, empathetic, and easy to work with.

I had a very bad experience with this contractor. He performed a faulty job (and acknowledged it later. This was pointed out to me by 2 other contractors who said it was a clearly poorly done job either because of incompetency or for the purpose of cutting corners and saving), and lied about many things related to the compressor he changed (starting out by saying it had only a 30 day warranty, later changing this statement to 1 year, then stating that a replacement was shipped from a manufacturer in a city 2 hours away - obviously i never got this compressor - and finally lying about that he had contacted the compressor distributor 3 and a half weeks prior to our last discussion where in fact he had just called them the day we spoke). Now he is willing to buy teh compressor himself but is requesting $400 to replace it.

i don't seem to be getting anywhere with him and therefore i will be using other legal means to make him pay (not to mention the $350 + i spent paying other contractor to come out and try to diagnose what was going on)
