The guy they sent to my house to run a camera did not know where the robot was under my house. He kept getting it lost. Then they sent me a CD of the footage and he told me the damaged area was in the front of my home. He was wrong. I tried to argue to get my money back, especially because they never offered a solution to repair the pipes other than to add over the counter chemicals to it. I explained over the phone I was already doing that. They took advantage of a single mother and then ignored all attempts I made to try and get this corrected. I have let plenty of people know how horrible they were to me. Make sure you ask them for a price range of the "Level" number of the repair they categorize your complaint in before they price you however they feel when they show up.
