        This is the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered - and I spent over 30 years in residential construction and knew of many reliable, truthful plumbing companies. We have only one bathroom and one toilet - none of fixtures would drain. They were informed of this.

        They were called first at 11 am this morning - promised plumber by 3 PM today - the plumber called at 3:30, said he'd gotten stuck in traffic, but was on his way, wasn't too far away.

        Later, we received a call from the office--that plumber had been called away on an "emergency", but they were sending another plumber. We said fine. A little after 5pm, the office called and said that the second plumber was stuck in traffic, so they were sending out a THIRD plumber, who'd be here by 6pm.

        Six pm came and no plumber, so we called the office, who promised the plumber would be here by 6:25. We informed them that if they couldn't be here by 6:30 that we were cancelling and would call a reliable plumber
        Then we were promised a plumber by 6:30 pm - NO PLUMBER. So we left.
        We have to believe that this company only hires pathological liars or they have a great deal of trouble with the truth. No one likes to be lied to and this company managed to lie to us 4 times.
        No one needs the frustration of being lied to this many times - once is one too many time. They managed to lie to us from 11 am until 6:30 pm 7.5 hours.
