Do not use this taxi service! Arranged for a ride the night before and they did not show up. When I called to check, they were going to contact the driver. They did not call me back to update me on the status. When I called back, they said the driver was triple- booked. Consequently, I missed the bus to the Boston Airport. Unprofessional and unreliable- be warned!
