        Richard Mann painted my neighbors house across the street. I was so impressed by the excellent job he was doing that I had him paint the exterior of my house in April then I called and asked him to do the interior of another house I have. Both jobs were done to perfection. Not a drop of paint on the floors, windows or anyplace that it shouldn't be. I had absolutely no cleanup when he left. His prices are lower than the other painters I had gotten estimates from and his length of time working was right on. He and his workers are very courteous and prompt. I will recommend him to anyone.
