Rags & Roses Professional Maid Cleaning Service

I've used this company for over a year, and just had to discontinue using them. After continued issues with scheduling and rescheduling of normal time slots, as well as many issues with cleanings all of which I brought to Veronicas attention. Most recently I again brought concerns for items that were not cleaned repeatedly in my home to the attention of Veronica. We played phone tag, finally realizing she did not want to address the issue, I found another cleaning company. I let her know via email, to which she replied with a rather unprofessional email. Find anyone else to clean you house!!

I spoke to Veronica and decided on a date and time for her to clean my house a few days later. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! I'm very disappointed!
