We only fix what's broken and we do a complete diagnosis to make sure you need the repair. * Low Diagnostic Fees We come out for one low fee, assess your needs and we give you a flat rate price. If you don't want the repair you pay only the diagnostic fee. If you choose to do the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited towards the cost of the repair. * Flat Rate Pricing No matter how long the repair takes you only pay the flat rate price.         Fast and Courteous

        On both occasions when I needed them, they were there to help. First time was a Sunday morning in the middle of the summer when the air conditioner failed. I placed a call and within 1 hour they were there to fix it. As with every company you know it's the weekend and can expect the worse. Not with Rae-temp, it was a simple wire replaced in 10 minutes with a very little charge. Same with a winter problem. The son was here, fixed the heater within a couple of hours and all was well. It is a good feeling when you have someone that is reliable and you can trust

        Price is rignt.. but unmatched quality

        With all of us watching every dollar we sometimes overlook quality. With RAE-Temp, you get both. I have found their work to be high quality and very professional. With the importance we give to comfort both in winter and summer, getting work done right the first time is key. Timely response and high quality work makes RAE-Temp stand head and shoulders against anyone else we have ever tried.



        I found RAE-Temp to be hard working, honest and extremely reasonable. You can count on their dedication for reliable service. They stand behind everything they do!



        Even when you put a premium on quality for this service, their rates are very reasonable. Get a good price and this level of service? Not hard to do with this company.
