        If you ever need someone to work on your heat. This is the place to go. I grew up in the appliance repair business and as one technician reviewing another Bill provides an honesty that we don't see these days in in-home service.



        My gas heat went out christmas morning. I called numerous places for almost two weeks and could not even get a call back. Bill uses his cell phone where you can either call or text him and he will get right back to you.



        Also with my basic mechanical knowledge he was able to give me some insight and anwser questions on how to fix my heat.. He could have easily came out to charge me but he didn't. I was easily able to get my heat fixed.



        A large service radius from Boston to Warwick RI. Great response time!, Great knowledge, and honesty where I knew he wasn't out to just make a buck.
