        Overall

        I called Mark on Sat. and he was able to come Monday. Very nice, fast and efficient and fair. He fixed my dryer which had a roller out. He replaced all four rollers which he had with him. Whole repair took approx. 1 hour. Very happy with service.

        Our refrigerator began making ...

        Our refrigerator began making a loud roaring noise one evening. We called Mark and he came out that evening and diagnosed the problem, a bad fan motor. He obtained the replacement part the next morning and returned and made the repair. It runs quietly now and we saved money from what we have experienced in past repair situations with other companies on minor problems.
